مهندس مدني متمرس في مجال النقل، حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة أم القرى. كما حصلت على درجة الماجستير في إدارة العمليات والتشغيل من جامعة جنوب ويلز في المملكة المتحدة بريطانيا (معتمدة من وزارة التعليم العالي بالمملكة). لدي أكثر من 25 عامًا من الخبرة في مجال النقل بالحافلات، حيث عملت في شركات رائدة في مجال النقل، بدايةً بسابتكو وحافل ورواحل المشاعر للنقل. كما قمت بتأسيس وإدارة شركتي بوابة السفر للنقل وشركة الأجور للنقل، وإدراجهم في سوق العمل بالمملكة وتحقيق الايرادات المطلوبة خلال مواسم الحج والعمرة . كما تشرفت بخدمة الحجاج والمعتمرين تحت مظلة وزارة الحج والعمرة، والنقابة العامة للسيارات، والهيئة العليا لمراقبة نقل الحجاج، وشركات الطوافة (الدول العربية سابقًا وشركة مطوفي حجاج جنوب شرق آسيا). مما أتاح لي فرصة لتطوير مهاراتي في إدارة الحشود وتحسين كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة. A Civil Engineer with extensive experience in transportation, holding a Bachelor's degree from Umm Al-Qura University. I also obtained a Master's degree in Operations Management and Logistics from the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom (accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education in the Kingdom). . I have over 25 years of experience in the field of bus transportation, working with leading companies in the transportation sector, starting with SAPTCO, Hafil, and Rawahl Al-Mashaer for Transportation. I also founded and managed two transportation companies, Travel Gate and Al-Ajour Transportation, and successfully integrated them into the Kingdom's market, achieving the required revenues during Hajj and Umrah seasons. I had the honor of serving pilgrims and Umrah performers under the auspices of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the General Syndicate of Cars, the Supreme Committee for Monitoring Hajj Transportation, and the Tawafa companies (formerly Arab countries and the Southeast Asia Pilgrims). This experience allowed me to develop my skills in crowd management and improve the efficiency of services provided.
