As the Vice President Digital Transformation at Uniper, I lead the digital transformation strategy and implementation across the organization, focusing on people, process, data, and technology. With over eight years of experience in this role, I have built centers of excellence and communities for process mining, process automation, process improvement, AI (agentic) and business process management, to create ownership and to generate benefits. My mission is to make change happen by enabling and empowering teams to leverage innovative tools and methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Scaled Agile Framework, and Robotic Process Automation. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that have improved operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance. I am also passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of digital leaders and practitioners.
