Member of the Global Center of Expertise and in charge of global transversal missions, leading projects or sub-projects in Leadership, Management, Organisation and Change, Learning. Led the Centre of Expertise (CoE) offerings for 48 countries within the EMEA Hub (~7600 employees) from 12/2019 to mid 2022 until the restructuring of the team to a Global center of Expertise and scope. Main achievements: Drove the transformation strategy forward by tailoring and actively co-facilitated a change leadership program aimed at leadership committees, equipping them with the necessary skills to lead change initiatives and mobilise their teams effectively. Designed and orchestrated the engagement and communication strategy for the centre of expertise's offering. Strategically planned and prioritised actions aligned with the company's approach to guarantee the effective deployment of projects and associated changes. Launch of the new key competencies framework, coupled with a comprehensive campaign on career management. +5000 employees through associated events Product lead on Mentoring powered by AI - Scaled up learning through others' culture, leveraging in-house knowledge and expertise. Reported to the Leadership Development Director, based in Zurich-Switzerland, Led the Group's digital learning strategy to strengthen the learning culture. Post the Lafarge-Holcim merger, I led the global transformation of the digital learning ecosystem by defining a shared strategy aligned with leadership and skills development priorities. This approach, based on a needs analysis and external benchmarking, enabled us to streamline tools, reduce costs by 24% and roll out new solutions to 25,000 employees.
Global scope - Lafarge Corporate University Managed a certification programme on workshop's facilitation. Target audience: experienced L&D managers, HR teams, Health & Safety directors => 5 cohorts in 3 years, improvement and standardisation of facilitation techniques to increase participant commitment and the quality of the courses. Professionnalised and aligned the L&D 'Training and Talent Development' network: created and facilitated an online social community, tool: Jive, and virtual network meetings, tools: Webex and AdobeConnect. Led a network covering 35 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh=> aligned and strengthened a common learning culture while promoting the adoption of digital practices. Implemented the Digital Learning strategy and promoted new practices using innovative technologies for learning: close collaboration with the IT, HR and Communications departments to stabilise and extend access to the Skillsoft platform and its content. Created online social communities to support the learning organisation and designed virtual classes using distance learning methods. Launched a marketing campaign to raise awareness of e-learning and promoted the new platform and a Digital Worldcup contest to stimulate employee commitment. Use of rich media tools, such as Momindum, to enrich and maximise the impact of internal content. => Adoption of digital learning has risen from 3,000 to over 10,000 users. => Employer brand strengthened thanks to several awards in 2014 and 2015, nominations and interventions in fair trade or conferences in Germany and Portugal. Global scope Program Manager Officer - PMO reporting to the Organisation & Information Systems - IT department Managed a portfolio of roll-out projects for a programme to standardise processes and set up shared services for the Finance, Purchasing, Sales Management and Logistics functions, using JD Edwards ERP. Overall programme worth 350 million euros over 10 years. By improving planning practice using collaboratively MS Project online, and through the introduction of PMBoK project management and ADKAR change management practices, project management has been professionalised, allowing efficient monitoring, with clearly identified milestones, risks and obstacles. The induction of project managers has been improved by the inclusion of a training programme teaching these methods. Led the central coordination committee: it helped to highlight any issues and risks, enabled problems resolution, practices to be standardised between project managers and central or regional management teams, and to escalate critical points to steering committee meetings. Piloted a Proof of Concept for TTS online content creation platform: the project was not deployed but was a first step towards digitising internal knowledge, using innovative tools. As a certified facilitator for the Corporate University, I facilitated internally internal sessions on soft skills for middle management in France.
Upon joining the company, I expanded the consultancy scope beyond HR to encompass Finance and Supply Chain ERP implementation. Main achievements: Led the training activities for a Supply Chain Project, addressing end-users' needs from analysis to post go-live support within 10 months. As a business analyst in a Reporting/Business Intelligence Project for an investment bank, monitored and optimised day-to-day processes for 18 months, analysed and executed change requests to improve operations and respond to new demands. Contributed as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing industry, to implement an HRIS project covering core administrative modules, compensation and benefits, and geographical deployment over 17 months.
