As part of a two-person core team, I contributed to the development, implementation, and successful certification of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), resulting in ISO 27001 certification. Working in close collaboration within a flat project structure, we jointly built the required governance framework, established documentation and control mechanisms, and prepared the organization for the external audit. Beyond the ISMS initiative, I focus on continuously improving and automating processes across the organization. My approach to process management is pragmatic and performance-oriented — processes should provide clarity and support teams in achieving results, without becoming bureaucratic obstacles. I serve as a sparring partner for departments facing procedural or structural challenges, helping to clarify workflows, define responsibilities, and implement sustainable improvements. In parallel, I am involved in shaping the ongoing development of the organization, contributing to increased effectiveness, efficiency, and long-term organizational maturity.
