Working as a vendor for Microsoft within the Global Operations Readiness team.
Primary duties included, service and safety auditing, collating and analysing audit results, developing presentations, ground ops management support, regional operations management support. I gained a wider understanding of SMS and QMS while I was with Aer Lingus as well as regulations put in place by governing bodies of the aviation industry such as IATA and ICAO.
