With ~15 years recruitment experience, I'm a Talent Acquisition leader with experience spanning Czech Republic, New Zealand, Australia, UK, LATAM, South Africa, Turkiye and the wider EU. From my background in Economics and Financial Mathematics, I like to take a data-driven approach, ensuring we bring on the right people to drive the most ambitious technical initiatives. Saying that, for me the real win is team performance - I'm energised by coaching people past their comfort zone and creating an environment where high-performance and continuous development are standard. Today, I head up Talent Acquisition for OAK'S LAB, a technology partner that's built and launched over 65 software products with a combined valuation exceeding $1.7 billion. I lead our TA team of five, defining and driving the recruitment strategy, while remaining operationally involved in our P1 searches across Czech Republic, the wider EU, Turkiye and South Africa. I also support a key client of OAK'S LAB, CMG (Capital Markets Gateway), a rapidly growing US FinTech firm that is modernising equity capital markets. CMG’s ecosystem encompasses $40 trillion in AUM across 130+ buy-side firms and the world’s top investment banks, from Goldman Sachs and J.P Morgan to Barclays and UBS. I lead the team recruiting for roles spanning Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, GTM and Finance across USA, UK, LATAM and Czech Republic. Before joining OAK'S LAB, I spent 12 years with Robert Half in New Zealand, where I built a Technology practice that achieved a top 2% global performance ranking. This allowed me to partner with dozens of Series A-D scaleups, identify the friction points of rapid growth, and deliver tailored delivery solutions.
