I am currently the Central Bank of Ireland's Diversity & Inclusion and Culture Manager. Previously a Senior Regulator, I am a qualified Executive Coach, Mental Health First Aider & fledgling poet (!), with a Masters in Business Practice. Extensive experience in Banking, Financial Services and Financial Regulation, including significant experience of consumer and business lending (UK & Ireland). I have significant experience of Banking, Credit Union & Insurance Prudential Supervision within the Central Bank of Ireland. I am a self-starter with a track record of delivering on commitments and a passion for people development. I successfully completed post graduate certificates in Regulatory Management (2014), Leadership (2015), Executive Coaching (2017) and the final Masters Degree Capstone assignment (2017), culminating in the award of an MBS in Business Practice at the IMI/UCC.
