* Leading and managing local IT team. * Managing relations between HQ IT and Groupe PSA Turkey. * Regular reporting to HQ IT regional manager regarding projects, deployments, infrastructure status and investment needs. * Regular reporting to CFO and CEO regarding budget and software & hardware projects status. * Applying HQ IT official management norms & practices with local projects. * Managing local IT budget and investment plans. * Coordinating all the projects that affect the organization of IT systems of Groupe PSA Turkey whether they are under the direct budget responsibility HQ IT or not. * Policing the quality of service of the IT systems; negotiate and sign service agreements with related companies to keep Local SW/HW system full service availability. * Responsible for establishing and the smooth running of the helpdesks for Groupe PSA Turkey and the dealer network.
* Leading IT projects from A to Z. * Receiving the requirements. * Analysing business requirements and demands. * Preparing functional and technical specifications documents. * Managing the resources and suppliers. * Realizing budget foresights of Popaş and Tekoto projects (cost analysis, training expenses, software purchasing, maintenance contracts etc.). * Acting as mediator between software suppliers and Popaş and dealers’ software problems and demands. * Planning and launching the end products. * Managing the specific IT system of the company in coordination with PSA project teams. * Following up the continuity of the applications in charge. * Ensuring the accuracy and security of the systems.
* Managing and coordinating IT projects for sales, marketing and CRM processes in line with project management methodologies. * Identifying projects’ acceptance criteria, managing projects and aligning standards and requirements accordingly. * Analyzing business requirements. * Carrying out cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies. * Identifying and managing project schedule, budget, risks, change requests, opportunities and resource allocation. * Identifying, prioritizing and analyzing solution needs on business processes, in co-ordination with related business units and in line with company’s targets and strategies, preparing all related documents for functional specifications. * Identifying integration needs. * Acting as the customer representative during solution development processes, coordinating communication between IT and customers. * Improving relationship with vendors. * Tracking tender process, managing vendor selection process and preparing technical specifications documents. * Holding regular meetings with related business owners and directors to present current status of the projects. * Marketing the benefits of business process developments to related units, launching the projects. * Following up the continuity of the applications.
