At Rixos Hotels, I am currently heavily involved in a range of crucial responsibilities. I focus on total team coordinating the efforts of the team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. I follow up on projects, ensuring that tasks progress smoothly and according to schedule. I conduct research into market trends and industry insights to inform decision-making and strategies. Additionally, I am actively involved in launching new projects, from conceptualization to execution. Talent management is a significant facet of my responsibilities, as I work to nurture, and optimize the potential of team members. Finally, I actively contribute to the development and creation of various initiatives, furthering the growth and success of the organization.
OptiWisdom is a company that targets data – based projects in the sector; hosts data science, big data analytics, artificial intelligence and big data based projects; and provides education, consultancy, and software services. At Optiwisdom, I was responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of artificial intelligence projects, from the ideation phase to the final results. This included conceptualizing and architecting these projects, as well as closely monitoring their progress. Simultaneously, I played a pivotal role in ensuring team cohesion and optimizing work efficiency. I was also responsible for effectively managing administrative tasks.
