I am a communication professional with a strong background in digital media and marketing, currently working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Mikrogrup. After graduating from Çukurova University, Faculty of Communication in 2022, I started my career at Habitat Association through the Şevket Sabancı First Chance Program. Thanks to my contributions, I was promoted from Corporate Communications Assistant Specialist to Digital Media Specialist. Since 2019, I have been actively involved in various NGOs, where I gained extensive experience in project and event management, corporate partnerships, and strategic communication. Curious, motivated, and team-oriented, I believe that my expertise in communication and my civil society experience enable me to create value in every organization I work with.
•Analyze followers on social media channels and create platform- and audience-specific communication strategies. •Monitor feedback, comments, and messages from social media and coordinate responses. •Manage social media and mobile marketing processes. •Enhance brand awareness and oversee online reputation management. •Track social media trends, implement new interactive solutions, and measure performance using platform-specific metrics and reporting. •Respond to customer service inquiries (moderation) and conduct social media monitoring. •Develop a Customer Experience (Testimonial) strategy and coordinate testimonial shoots. •Manage email marketing for different target audiences. •Send and analyze campaign and announcement emails across various platforms. •Listen to and evaluate user feedback as part of the "Voice of the Customer" initiative. •Support the digital marketing department in achieving strategic goals based on evolving communication campaign needs.

Work Experience: • Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter, Thread, etc.). • Regularly preparing reports on the status of social media accounts. • Shaping the digital communication strategy based on changing trends and situations. • Developing necessary collaborations to convey the organization's education, events, etc. activities through suitable digital channels. • Ensuring the creation of news, announcements, and other content on the website. • Responding to emails on behalf of the organization and answering questions received via social media or directing them to the relevant person. • Transforming ideas from project managers into a form consistent with the corporate identity and suitable for digital communication. • Monitoring the technical and content aspects of the digital tools used.
In order to enhance Turkey's entrepreneurship ecosystem, GEN Turkey, a part of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN Global) active in 200 countries, takes the lead and assumes the administrative management of GEN Turkey. Since September 2022, I have been managing social media for GEN Turkey.
