- Leading project management methodology in Turkey in align w/ HSBC global standards (PMO) - Close relations with executive board members - Major multi-national projects and programs: o Program management of HSBC global standards "customer due diligence(CDD)” which was aiming to implement enhanced and consistent global Customer Due Diligence standards to enable HSBC to prevent individuals, entities and affiliates from using its facilities for the purposes of financial crime. o Project management of mobile banking application which was aiming to serve internet banking functions through smart phones and tablets (pilot in HSBC EU). o Project management of mobile selling via tablet which was aiming to get credit card application & account opening via tablet (pilot in HSBC EU). The project resulted with an organizational change, a new team as “mobile selling” was occupied. o Project management of “Insurance Platform” which was aiming to setup a unique sales platform for the whole insurance products served by HSBC channels. (the project was suspended after analysis phase completion due to HSBC strategy changes)
