I managed IT and technical recruitment processes, creating strategic hiring plans aligned with the company’s growth goals. I developed proactive recruitment processes by conducting candidate research and managing the CV pool. I effectively utilized platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruitee, ATS, etc., to build and regularly update a pool of qualified candidates. In technical recruitment, I closely collaborated with Hiring Managers, CTOs, and technical teams to analyze job requirements and identify the right candidates. To enhance the candidate experience, I optimized the recruitment process from start to finish and managed the interview process professionally (competency-based, technical assessments, cultural fit interviews). I managed the offer process with candidates, conducted salary negotiations, provided information on benefits, and tracked contract processes. I also supported recruitment processes in non-IT areas, managing talent acquisition processes for departments such as finance, HR, and operations. I developed data-driven recruitment strategies to accelerate the hiring process and make accurate hires, analyzing recruitment KPIs to optimize processes. By developing internal and external talent acquisition strategies, I contributed to strengthening the company’s employer brand. I increased the efficiency of the recruitment process through feedback surveys, employee experience studies, and candidate evaluation processes. I participated in onboarding and adaptation processes for newly hired employees. By conducting regular meetings with business units, I analyzed recruitment needs within the scope of account management and provided active consultancy in recruitment processes. I created internal referral programs, evaluated candidate suggestions from employees, and supported internal recruitment processes. I maintained regular communication with employees, carrying out process improvement initiatives.
