As an educator and a researcher, teaching is not just about delivering knowledge—it’s about deeply understanding and improving learning process. With over nine years of experience in language education, I contribute to the field both inside the classroom and through academic research. As an English Language Teacher, my role at the Ministry of National Education goes beyond teaching English; I work on continuously improving learning environments and making education more effective. Through contextual research, professional development, and learning communities, I support the growth of both my students and colleagues. My expertise in educational administration and supervision, strengthened by my PhD research, enables me to bring data-driven and innovative approaches to Turkey’s education system. As a teacher in practice and a researcher in theory, I strive to shape the future of education.
