Hi there, My name is Şevki Özenç. I hold a degree in Economics and Foreign Trade and have gained valuable sales experience through internships and work opportunities. My primary work experience has been as a phone advisor for almost seven years, where I assisted customers over the phone. Besides, I have been working as a freelance photographer for over a decade. I am always willing to adapt to new environments and cultures. I am a creative and proactive person who is always striving to reach my full potential. My interests include art, music, cinema, literature, and popular science.
I manage import and export operations for an aftermarket spare parts manufacturer and trader. I am working to expand our international sales and negotiate better deals with our supplier network.
During my employment, I monitored serial manufacturing processes, assisted in manufacturing and packing procedures, operated forklifts for product storage and loading of export trucks, and documented import/export processes for a newly formed refractory materials factory.
As a customer relations representative for the Binance crypto exchange platform, I was responsible for addressing customer complaints and ensuring positive relationships between the organization and its customers. I collected data on customer satisfaction and reported it accordingly. To manage customer inquiries, we used an email ticketing application. I worked as a remote home agent.
I had applied for a long-term visa to Greece but my application was rejected. Then I returned to my hometown, Konya in Türkiye, and started living with my family. After a while, the pandemic started and I decided to stay home during this period.
I have a passion for photography and decided to pursue it further by opening a page on AirBnB experiences. I started working as a freelance photographer, focusing on the vibrant street art scene in Athens. During my photography tours, I showed participants various street artworks, informed them about the artists, shared some tips about photography techniques, and gave them a little tour. I truly enjoyed this period of my life.
