- Measuring the sales performance of a category of goods or services in a specific group, compared with its average performance among all consumers and conducting supplier relations in a way to strengthen our position in the market and support profitability. - Campaign, promotion, budgeting studies to developing of market. - Identifying the sales and purchasing strategies of responsible shoes & bags category products. - Making product classification, pricing and margin studies, creating competitive sales strategies by analyzing consumer behaviors. - To follow the competitors and take actions to increase sales, to follow the market share and trends and to create a product range. - To follow-up sales performance, new launches sales trend, promotion results and make specific business analysis to support Category Manager job as forecast and buying planning for new season and annual budget and revised budget - To analyze the reports prepared for the development of sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
