Braun and Kaneka Medical Europe. My background combines clinical understanding, strategic thinking and commercial leadership across Therapeutic Apheresis, Acute Care and extracorporeal therapies. What drives me most is connecting people, ideas and innovation. Growing up with German and Turkish roots shaped the way I lead and communicate. Beyond my professional role, I am also a proud mom of a wonderful boy. Motherhood has strengthened my resilience, perspective and ability to prioritize what truly matters both professionally and personally.
