I'm a health economist by training with expertise in economic modelling and health technology assessment across multiple European healthcare systems. I build cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and decision-support tools that translate complex clinical and economic evidence into actionable insights for payers and decision-makers. My recent work includes developing economic evaluation frameworks for Alzheimer's disease-modifying therapies in Ireland and building interactive R Shiny tools for scenario analysis. I've worked across five countries (Turkey, Ireland, Latvia, the Netherlands, Belgium) and bring particular strength in bridging the gap between technical modelling and real-world HTA requirements, understanding not just how to build a model, but what they need to see. • Contributing to international initiatives on health technology disinvestment and early identification of emerging technologies • Supporting evidence synthesis and policy analysis across multiple healthcare systems • Collaborate with cross-country expert groups to produce concise, decision-ready evidence and early value insights.
• Developed budget impact models and healthcare system readiness assessments for disease-modifying therapies, incorporating diagnostic pathway requirements and infrastructure considerations • Built an interactive decision support tool (R Shiny), enabling real-time scenario modelling for technology implementation • Conducted systematic literature reviews to extract clinical, quality of life, and cost inputs for economic models • Applied discrete choice experiments (DCEs) to quantify stakeholder preferences for treatment attributes.
Developed budget impact models assessing the financial implications of medical technology adoption for hospital networks • Created market access strategies focusing on reimbursement processes in Turkish private healthcare • Analysed hospital performance data to guide policy and business planning decisions
