Organizing daily and weekly RD Instrumental analysis laboratory plans • Following new ISO/ASTM standards, designing new test methods and applying them. • Evaluating the results and giving directions to new projects • Participating Six Sigma and DoE projects which aims to improve processes of production and RD activities. • Doing the literature researches of the projects carried out in the laboratories and conducting their applications • Identifying and implementing actions to reduce energy consumption in the laboratory in line with sustainability activities • Keeping up with developments and working on improving the equipment inventory according to requirements • Providing periodic technical training to team members and monitoring the implementation of training outcomes • Conducting measurements, analyzing, and preparing technical reports in the laboratory to address and resolve customer requests and complaints • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations in the laboratory and taking necessary precautions, as well as preparing risk assessments for each procedure
-Performing analysis based on GxP procedures -Reporting of datas using related softwares after procedure -Follow the literature and guidelines within the scope of the project -Developing and validating methods -Researching alternative raw materials, reagents or equipments to maximize outcome -Writing SOP or SOT to introduce analysis process -Preparing presentations about the technical principles and applications of analitycal equipments (HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, UV, IR, TGA-DSC etc.)
-Contribute to a culture of innovation by proactively generating novel concepts for new products and enhancements to current product performance. -Understand customer needs through literature review, customer interviews, direct observation, and competitive analysis. -Integrate product systems and subsystems to meet business objectives by addressing customer needs and product requirements under defined cost targets. -Preparing presentations and sectoral analysis to support R&D activities -Following market trends and participating in market research activities in various areas
