• Contributing to the psychological support of socioeconomically disadvantaged students preparing for high school and university entrance exams • Focusing on reducing exam anxiety while enhancing students' motivation and self-confidence • Actively participating in expert-led and peer supervision sessions to continuously improve support strategies
• Conducting interviews to assess the English proficiency of applicants for program admission • Facilitating weekly online sessions to help young people develop their English speaking skills • Providing tailored feedback to enhance communication confidence and fluency
