Berlin, Berlin, Germany
I'm the founder of creative studio co—matter. I believe in creating knowledge through collaboration & the power of bringing people together to make sense of the world. As a strategist, researcher and creative consultant I work with media companies, innovation labs, forward-thinking brands and cultural institutions to gain clarity about their strategy and develop new initiatives. I think of clients like partners and typically work with clients for extended periods. I usually bring in a team of researchers, strategists and creatives to work with me. I've worked with a number of international institutions and brands such as Apple, Samsung Electronics, C/O Berlin, Colette, Native Instruments, Yuga Labs and London Design Week. My work has been featured by the BBC, I-D, VICE, British Journal of Photography, and The New Yorker, amongst others. As a speaker, moderator and curator I regularly lecture and host conversations about internet culture and future trends at places like Hyper Island, Leuphana University, The Future Laboratory, Ciclope Festival, SPACE10, IAM Weekend, Creative Days Vienna, Tech Open Air, Websummit and The Conference. I'm the host of The Culture & Technology Podcast and author of a newsletter about the intersection of culture and emerging technology that gets sent to 2,000+ industry leaders every month.
