I'm a human-centered leadership nerd with a long history of coaching, people development, thriving during change, leading with compassion, and making plenty of my own mistakes for others to learn from. I get a lot of joy out of helping people become the best version of whoever they want to be, so I'm always looking for the next leadership / coaching knowledge I can absorb to make me better in my role and help me help others. As an ICF certified Executive Coach and leader, I'm fortunate that I get to help people every day. Most people think I'm quiet or a little reserved until we get to know each other at which point I'm very open and outgoing. Outside of work I'm a bit of a foodie. My wife and I enjoy lots of travel, trying new venues and experiences, spending time making great friends. At work I'm at my best when dealing with new and difficult challenges, leading through organizational change, building a new organization, mending a challenged organization and mentoring new leaders. In both my personal and professional lives, I am a person who believes in empathy, imagination and agility, as well as the practices of compassion, creativity and a drive to get things done. We are increasing quality of life through technology innovation and access to activities affected patients enjoyed prior to losing mobility. Our foundation membership includes families who have lived this problem, as well as physicians and care providers experienced with technology dependent patients.
