- Volunteered and established a university-wide industry-based student club - Created a long term vision and shaped the strategy with key milestones - Initiated 3 key strategic initiatives: (i) career-oriented training series and connectivity events - delivered to 600 students from 30 departments from alumni in MCC, (ii) thought-partnership with frontier NGOs to solve the most critical problems, (iii) social responsibility projects for METU by enabling cross-departmental collaboration. - Structured the entire student club organization from scratch and retained 200+ volunteers/members to become a large club within the shortest time frame (~2 months).
