I am a Power Electronics Engineer with over 13 years of industrial research and product development experience, primarily in Aerospace and Metro applications. ATA-24, Cabin & Cargo electrical power is my current business. My expertise in brief: •Design and Development of Medium-High (Power and Voltage) SMPS DC-DC Converters (LLC, DAB)for EVs/Metro/Aero applications. •Design and Development of High Power Motor Drive/Inverter power stack (AC-DC bi-direction) •Various Low-Medium power SMPS AC-AC, DC-DC(Flyback, Full-bridge, Boost-PFC), AC-DC designs for consumer electronics/automotive applications. •Medium –High (Power and Frequency) Magnetics (Transformer, Inductor) design and fabrication. •Modelling of semiconductors IGBT(Si/Hybrid), MOSFET(Si/SiC) for converter loss estimation and heat sink sizing. •Gate Driver performance evaluation and sizing (double pulse test), •Cold plate/Heat-Sink sizing for SMPS etc. ·Tools Used: PSIM, MATLAB, MATLAB Co-Simulation with PSIM, ANSYS-Maxwell, MATHCAD, LTSPICE, Auto-Desk Inventor, Altium schematic designer.
