Business Continuity Management Program (Compliance Program, 2012) Business Continuity Management System Governance framework established in Vodafone Turkey and certified as being compliant for BS25999. Success of the project validated during the 13 hours electricity cut all around Turkey. Vodafone was the only one operator that can provide service, because actions were planned for critical services in scope for BCM project. Datacenter & MTX (Mobile Telephone Exchange) Movement (Nov 2010- Nov 2011) Program was launched to migrate Core Network and IT systems (MCSs, HLRs, PS Core systems, etc.) from Kartal MTX building to new Tuzla site with minimal outage and within tight deadlines. Cross-functional project team was formed by 472 team members and 38 vendors. Program was successfully completed and named as “Best Practice” by Vodafone Group. SOX Program, Information Technology Controls (Compliance Program, 2007, 2008) After acquisition of Telsim by Vodafone, the program was launched to comply with SOX rules. Program was successfully delivered on time, within budget and company certified as SOX compliant.
