I am a mechanical engineer and retired Navy Officer. I completed my master's and doctorate degrees in mechanical engineering at METU. I have 26 years of defence program and project management and engineering management experience in domestic and international defense industry (Naval Platforms, and UAV&kamikaze UAVs) as project engineer, project manager and program manager both on the buyer and the contractor side. I am an engineer and manager, using Ms Office, SAP, jira, SVN, doors, assist, Ms Project, Primavera, Auto Cad, Ansys and AutoDyn, having as a good command of English, being creative, dynamic, customer and result-oriented, having strong communication and an analytical thinking structure, being able to adapt to change, being prone to teamwork, being adorned with state culture and trained with project management discipline. There is nothing preventing me from obtaining a Person Security Certificate.
