• Headed various mobile (IOS, Android) applications' QA teams (Dergilik, Fizy, Upcall, GollerCepte) working with Agile methodology. • Designed mobile and web test automation strategy and supervised test automation process. (Our own framework based on Selenium and Appium) • Standardized and counselled quality metrics to the team members and other stakeholders. • Managed testing initiatives, formulated to define metrics, standards, methodology and necessary testing precautions and scheduled execution.
• Supervised all agile teams as an internal trainer about "testing in agile" and "test management tools" during the agile transformation project. • Operated test automation tool implementation project (Cucumber -BDD) for mobile, web, backend applications. • Orchestrated static code analysis process (CAST tool) and achieved the creation of a robust code development architecture.
