• Managing regional sales and travel in region to meet with customers and partners to promote KRON technologies, as Privileged Access Manager (PAM), Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM), Network PAM, Telemetry Pipeline (TP), AAA, QA and IPDR Logging etc. product offerings to achieve Sales Plan and quarterly Management Business Objectives.
• Managing Turkiye and CIS countries sales via meeting with customers and partners to promote BeyondTrust technologies, as PasswordSafe (PAM), Privileged Remote Access (PRA), Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM), Active Directory Bridge (ADB), Remote Support (RS), Entitle (JIT PAM) and Identity Security Insights solutions (ITDR), etc. product offerings and provide local support such as application, product training, and services to achieve Sales Plan and quarterly Management Business Objectives.

• Managing Strategic Partnerships and International sales team with a complete portfolio as Softtech Products, ServiceNow, Corporate Innovation (Softtech Shangai, San Francisco and Frankfurt) , Digital Transformation Projects, Professional Services and Staff Augmentation at enterprise business level while building trusted relationships with CXOs, partners, VARs, ISVs, MSPs, OEMs, GSIs and vendors, etc. through engagements focused on driving the customer’s desired business outcomes and continue to lead Digital Transformation discussions. Orchestrating, coordinating, and collaborating with internal technical and delivery team to build a joint solution for client in digital transformation, cloud, analytics, automation, security, ITSM, etc., ensuring to help our customers deliver their business goals and submitting quotations against RFP received from clients and carrying on the negotiation process till the signing of the contract between the parties. • Achieve growth sales targets, expand client-base, optimize operational KPIs, provide sales team with ongoing sales enrichment, conduct pipeline reviews to provide forecasting visibility and identifying areas for improvement while working closely with Sales Reps, Marketing, CSMs, SMs, PMs to ensure collaboration. • Market research to find out possible customer information and the analysis include subscribing and analyzing research reports, analyst studies, market research data besides analysis of Clients' requirements, specifications, obtaining suitable solutions and outlining commercial implications and cost analysis to continue to drive global strategic account expansion via planning and executing sales strategies to achieve the business objective which include sales plan to meet current clients' profile and needs, as well as actively involved in preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations for clients.
• Partner with enterprise sales team and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian’s customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise PoCs, and ultimately close business on DevOps and ITSM products. • Performing installations and configurations on CI/CD, SSO and DevOps tools like Jira, Bamboo, Access and Bitbucket besides Service Management ITSM products as Jira Service Desk, Opsgenie and Statuspage. Investigate, discover, and assess client pain points; map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities on Server, Data Center and Cloud environments including GDPR, compliance and other regulations. Configure and deliver deeply compelling presentations to customers and prospects, clearly communicating and design their way of working to transform their IT space more agile (SAFe) and 7x24 operational without shadow IT to differentiate the Atlassian platform while showing how we solve for their business challenges. • Partner with partner engineers and customer technical managers to plan and define the migrations to avoid operational risks besides ensuring projects deliver securely during and after the sales cycles and with product management to identify areas of opportunity to advance Atlassian’s product line; be a key source of market feedback into the product organization. Contribute to Atlassian’s thought leadership and knowledge base including researching competitors, drafting knowledge base articles, helping create services agreements, representing Atlassian at Agile conferences.
