Processes of Hepsijet, HR Business Partner. • Manage the end-to-end blue collar and white recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. • Preparing recruitment reports, • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. • Identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate employee development. • To communicate with HR representatives in the regions, ensuring internal communication within the region. • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
