After my Assanhanil method engineering job; Since I was deemed successful, I was rotated to the production ASHA-5 Facility unit. The main lines I follow are; 1. Plastic Injection line (13 machines); 2. Ford J74&V710 seat assembly line (4 cells); 3. Ford J74&V710 Welding line (3 cells) 4. GMT Composite Rear Bumper Absorber Line(Hyundai I10-I20 projects) 5. Support Factory Layout Management To monitor all personnel according to the three-shift order and ensure the continuity of production. Main Resposiblitys are : - Determining production targets and making plans - Ensuring that raw materials, machinery, equipment and human resources remain within effective OEE / Quality targets - Controlling product quality&costs - Internal audit preperation HSE and IATF requirements. - Ensuring that occupational safety rules are enforced on an operator/leader basis - Reporting - Making kaizens - Led and developing production personnel training - Keep production international regulations - Ensuring customer satisfaction
