In the last decade, he was mainly responsible for establishing the vision and structure set up of the strategic departments and manage them. His priorities and motivations have always been bringing new ideas to the organization and improving teams’ performances. Therefore, he focused especially on strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship and transformation programs not only locally, but also in Allianz global leadership team. He currently act as a professional coach and corporate entrepreunership mentor in paralel and he encourages new and creative ideas to be implemented in Allianz which inspires the business world. He is also a public speaker of agile mindset, culture and organizational transformation and attending various webinars, company events, podcast such as HBR, Future of Work, Webrazzi HR etc. events and over 60 local and global companies to share his agile journey and experiences.
