Compensation & Benefits Management: Managed and implemented processes involving salary and reward planning, introduction of new benefits, and adjustment of current benefits. Prepared each department’s Compensation & Benefits Budget, including adjustments, regular monitoring, and quarterly and annual reporting to management.
