Combining my work as a recruiter, I was called to be the main coach of this basketball academy, located in Lanzarote (Dublin Headquarters) This academy is a high performance centre for players from all over the world to exploit their talent to the maximum and to be able to train at a personal and sporting level in the best possible environment to compete in the best leagues in the world (WNBA players, offers from top American universities...). As Head Coach, I was in charge of managing the training sessions, workloads, and helping the students in their day to day tasks, as well as helping them to stand on their own feet. In addition, I also had the opportunity to travel around Europe, as we were part of the European EYBL tournament.
- Evaluation of job descriptions and subsequent posting on different channels. - Follow-up and implementation of the entire selection process (CV screening, candidate management, contact, calls, interviews...). - Selection of all types of IT profiles (junior, medium, senior) both nationally and internationally. -As a member of the HR department, implementation of the company's Team Building events, as well as the management of the company's benefits for employees.
