I am the European Project Manager for the POWDER2POWER project (call HORIZON-CL5-2022-D3-03, grant agreement no. 101122347) since 1 January 2024 and for SOLDEM (call HORIZON-CL4-INDUSTRY-2025-01-TWIN-TRANSITION-33, grant agreement no. 101294209) since 1 June 2026 at the CNRS’ UPR 8521 PROMES laboratory in Odeillo, France. Additionally, since 1 July 2025, I serve as WP2 Co-lead for SOLARIZE (call HORIZON-INFRA-2023-DEV-01-03, grant agreement no. 101131982). POWDER2POWER aims to demonstrate at the MW-scale (TRL7) the operation of an innovative, cost effective and more reliable complete fluidised particle-driven Concentrated Solar Technology that can be applied for both power and industrial heat production. SOLARIZE strengthens the long-term sustainability of EU-SOLARIS ERIC, the European hub for concentrated solar power (CSP) research. The project expands international collaboration, bridges research and industry, and builds the first e-infrastructure for accessing national CST research centres. SOLDEM demonstrates the world’s first solar-hybrid metal melting process, replacing fossil-based furnaces with a renewable solution for brass and stainless-steel scraps. By integrating concentrated solar heat, renewable electricity, and green hydrogen, SOLDEM delivers a constant, low-carbon energy input for energy-intensive metallurgy. My tasks include: - Being the contact point between consortium members and the funding agency; - Managing continuous reporting; - Organising, moderating and taking part in consortium meetings; - Liaising on the laboratory’s participation in the project; - Drafting or reviewing deliverables; - Contributing to the advancement of technology transfer and innovation.
Between January 2024 and May 2026, I was the European Project Manager for the Powder2Power project (call HORIZON-CL5-2022-D3-03, grant agreement no. 101122347) at the CNRS’ UPR 8521 PROMES laboratory in Odeillo, France, and between July 2025 and May 2026, I also served as WP2 Co-lead for SOLARIZE (call HORIZON-INFRA-2023-DEV-01-03, grant agreement no. 101131982). This was a 0.5 FTE job.
Since May 2025 I have been Recycletek's Program Management Consultant, working on various grant programmes in the US and beyond. Recycletek is a full-service recycling technology company that provides the world's fastest deposit container buyback machines and premium data-driven software services, helping people, businesses, and municipalities monetise their recyclables through simple recycling technology that keeps plastic, metal, and glass out of landfills, whilst depositing monetary rewards directly into personal accounts. My tasks include: - Leading comprehensive grant writing and programme management for various grant programmes in the US and beyond; - Coordinating stakeholder engagement and pre-application planning across multi-disciplinary teams; - Developing strategic grant application narratives, budgets, and work plans tailored to applicant profiles; - Managing quality control processes and providing hands-on support through application submission and post-award phases.
From April 2024 I am offering my services as an independent contractor in the following fields: - Grant writing of European Union and other calls for applications; - Management of awarded European Union-funded projects; - Policy monitoring and evaluation; - Event management and facilitation.
Between April and November 2024 I was ADRET's project officer for Youth 4 Green ERF, an EU-funded project under a DG REGIO communications call. The Youth 4 Green ERF project aimed to communicate EU cohesion policy and the European Green Pact to young people in the Euroregion. It involved a multilingual campaign with events and media outreach to raise awareness and engage youth in sustainable development. As part of this contract, my tasks included: - The co-delivery of seven training sessions on EU actions and sustainable development to vulnerable youth across the Occitania region of France; - The facilitation of a workshop with participants in the programme across Occitania, Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, and leading of the drafting of their Youth Manifesto; - The presentation of the Youth Manifesto at the event's high-level closing event; - Other project management and reporting duties, like participation in Steering Committee meetings and the co-drafting of final reporting documents.
