The recovery of threatened species through the reintegration of native fauna and flora; the creation, conservation and restoration of ecosystems, the reconnection of people with nature through experiences that inspire the care of nature, research and the promotion of public policies and intersectoral alliances are our main lines of action. Fundación Temaikèn is committed to save species and ecosystems by providing extraordinary education programs and guest experiences. We are an AZA (Association of Zoos and Aquariums) accredited organization, which assures the highest standards of animal care. We are WAZA (World Association of Zoos and Aquariums) and ALPZA (Asociación Latinoamericana de Parques Zoologicos y Acuarios) accredited members as well.
