𝗘𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 • Consulted for an Ed Tech startup, designing and implementing 𝟭𝟲𝟬 technical questions for data analysts. This included sample data, questions, and answers in SQL (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL), Python, and R. • Implemented prompt engineering to develop questions 𝟴𝟬% 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 • Developed a high-level data strategy and implementation roadmap for patient-reported outcomes studies at a regenerative medicine clinic, evaluating SaaS reporting capabilities and recommending compliant, efficient software solutions. 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 • Performed inventory data validation and data analysis for a large retail client, reconciling adjustments and improving accuracy of operational reporting to support finance and operations stakeholders.

Worked in Excel to manipulate inventory data, as well as within our inventory database on a daily basis. In charge of shipping and receiving stock for the entire warehouse, ensuring accuracy in the inventory system. Found leads for sales staff through rapport with decision makers for various accounts, and ascertained customer pain points. As a frequent touch point for many accounts, and the first for various new accounts, I sent leads to sales staff resulting in increased revenue. Navigated parts database in order to quote needed replacements for customers.
