Collaboration with other departments (Quality, PACS or Marketing to name a few) ensured that products met consumer demands, market trends, regulatory requirements, and supply chain capabilities. Prototypes were adapted from lab scale to pilot production, with ongoing technical support provided to the supply chain team to address challenges promptly.
Managed Total Quality in an ISO 17025-accredited lab, ensuring compliance with SOPs for all analyses and maintaining up-to-date calibration and maintenance records. Coordinated proficiency tests with external bodies and third-party labs, and monitored control charts for deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed. Oversaw Six Sigma methodology adherence, evaluated KPIs for continuous improvement, and optimized lab processes through strategic planning and process enhancements.
Collaborated with the lab planner and director to conduct a comprehensive review of all laboratory analyses, with a focus on optimizing efficiency. This effort included the strategic redistribution of tasks among employees to enhance overall departmental productivity.
