Senior HR Executive with 20 yrs in large Telcos and 15 yrs prior Management Consulting career in global companies. Member of the Board of Directors at MIP-PoliMi Graduate School of Management. Honorary President of the INSEAD Alumni Association of Italy after 3-year-term as President. Currently Director of Organization Development, HR Data & Automation and Talent Acquisition, from 2017 and 2024 he has been Director of Culture, Development, Inclusion & Talent Acquisition at Wind Tre, the Telco operator resulting from the €6BN merger between Wind and H3G in Italy, the largest ever in the Telco industry in Europe. Here he led strategies aimed at developing, integrating, engaging and mobilising people to support the new strategic and cultural framework and enabling the broad transformation journey of the Company. In 2016 he had a leading role in planning the merger, working side-by-side with shareholders to address all HR aspects. At H3G since 2005, he had an HR Executive responsibility over Organization, Compensation, Learning, Development, Recruiting, Employer Branding and Internal Communication to foster and support growth and innovation strategies in the €2BN mobile Telco start-up. Sergio spent the first part of his career in management consulting, leading a number of strategic projects and growing step-by-step up to becoming Principal at Kearney, where he focused mainly on High Tech, Telecoms and Media. Work included experiences across Europe, Israel, South Korea and Brazil. Previously he had worked at Accenture and ADLittle. He has an honors degree at Bocconi and an MBA at INSEAD. He is trained Corporate Coach and angel investor in innovative start-ups. He teaches People Managememt / Organization Behavior at LUISS Business School MBA since 2020.
