Support sales in 13 markets and 25+ suppliers with a team of 14 people. Drive S&OP alignment and joint decision making. Support development and implementation of FOCUS work streams as a regional participant. Support development & execution of supply strategies for the region focusing on end to end supply chain management. Lead integration of new business (product portfolio, sites & CMO and personnel) in the region after acquisitions (Merck Consumer Health). Participate in BHC strategic projects. Operational: Proactively manage supply chain between suppliers (internal sites and external third party suppliers) and customer countries in the region and achieve high customer service levels. Act as the liaison between PS, Manufacturing sites, Contract manufacturers, Marketing and CC country affiliates. Support the growth strategy of emerging markets in the region and cross-regionally (especially in Spark countries like Brazil, China). Support new product introduction and life cycle management. Integrate acquired or licensed products into Bayer supply chain management. Perform long term supply & capacity planning for sites and CMO’s. Manage KPI tracking. Drive operational improvements by leveraging KPI results to identify & execute opportunities in lead time reduction, increased flexibility and cost reductions. Drives inventory management in the region. Member of the GBT (Global Brand Team) of Redoxon, representing Product Supply as permanent member.
