Choixce is a clothing retail startup that I was a part of since the early stage. I was responsible for the entire frontend, working closely with the designer and development team. Achievements: • Redesigned landing page and main app funnel. • Refactored all critical parts of the app. • Covered all critical parts of code with tests (unit, e2e). • With the team we increased the number of orders from 0 to 50 per week.
I joined the company in the early days of growth and this brought me a lot of experience in developing young products. I was part of the team that redesigned and developed a completely new version of the resume editor and landing page. Essential projects, milestones and achievements: • Built the entire data science department from the ground up: pitched the idea to the stakeholders, built a roadmap, have been managing an external contractor while working on an MVP, successfully launched 4 ML initiatives in just 8 months, helped to make the first data science hire. • Was involved in a full-stack development of the resume builder SPA. Features launched: main dashboard, new version of the resume editor, spellchecker integration (Draft.js, React), offline support, service for combining resume and cover letter into one file, after download experience. • Worked with design and SEO teams to develop the following website pillars: landing page, sign up funnel, resume examples library, template gallery, blog AMP version (technologies used: Ruby on Rails, Webpack, PostCSS). • Built the first version of a blog platform, that currently has over a 1M organic views per month (technologies used: Next.js). • Developed different subprojects from scratch, for example chrome extension, which helps people save vacancies found on job boards and resume review service. • Worked a lot on analytics, product research, roadmaps, generation, prioritization, and testing of hypothesis.
