I’m a Staff-level backend and distributed systems engineer with ~15 years of experience, focused on building and evolving large-scale, mission-critical platforms. My background spans data-intensive systems (starting with Oracle PL/SQL), backend platforms, and distributed architectures. I’ve worked at both product and platform layers, operating at cross-team scope and helping define standards around architecture, reliability, observability, and security. I’ve built and supported systems at scale in large consumer products, including Avito (tens of millions of daily users). For the past 4 years, I’ve been working in the crypto and fintech domain. At Lido, I focus on security, monitoring, and operational reliability across the broader Lido DAO infrastructure, supporting systems with high financial responsibility and strict correctness guarantees. Recently, I’ve been shifting my technical focus toward Zero Knowledge systems, particularly performance-sensitive Rust code, prover and verification infrastructure, and protocol-adjacent components. I’m also well-versed in Solidity and deeply familiar with Ethereum Execution Layer (EL) and Consensus Layer (CL) nodes, validator operations, and production blockchain infrastructure. My core stack includes Go, Rust, Python, TS/JS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Pulsar, Nats, K8s, Docker, AWS, GCP, and event-driven architectures. I’m most effective in Staff IC roles where I can stay hands-on while providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship across teams.
Lido.fi is a liquidity staking platform with a high financial responsibility and security level. The protocol currently holds nearly $10+ billion in assets, necessitating careful and reliable management. - Led a team developing d4bc software for supporting ETH Cappella, allowing the validator address to be changed from 0x00 to 0x01, enabling the withdrawal of funds from the validator. The total amount involved was 32 ETH * 18632~$1.19B USD - Lead of the monitoring protocol. The main responsibility is building and supporting off chain monitoring l1 and l2 bridges of StETH. Outcome: If bridges were hacked it means that we have to find a new job. So, they’re really secure.
Avito.ru is a highly intensive project with over 100 million daily users. As a leading online marketplace in Russia, Avito.ru provides a platform for people to buy and sell items in various categories, from cars and real estate to electronics and clothing. With such a massive user base, Avito.ru requires a robust and scalable infrastructure to handle the high volume of daily traffic. As a result, the development team is constantly working on optimizing and improving the platform to ensure a seamless user experience. Achievements - Created a standard template for all new golang projects that encoded best practices, libraries, and coding standards out of the box. This reduced project development time by 20% across the company. - Designed a monitoring system for user support center agents that complied with the COPC standard. This certification improved client orientation and reduced the agent response time to the customer to 15 seconds. On average, we were able to resolve customer inquiries within 2-3 minutes, compared to the previous 10-minute average. - Responsible for designing and implementing a system that complied with the law on personal data of users in Russia. The system successfully passed a government audit on data security and prevented the company from being fined millions of dollars for non-compliance with the law. - As the tech leader of the team that developed avito.ru's car booking system, I designed the system that boosted the company's income and resulted in some of my colleagues being promoted to senior engineers. - Personally hired and onboarded more than 15 engineers, and designed an interviewing process, after conducting over 100 interviews.
