Voilà. It’s done. It’s final. Irreversible. I retire - kind of. Yeah, it’s been a difficult decision. So here’s the gist: After 25 years in corporate consulting, thousands of conversations, and countless insights, I’m now focusing on what I love most—helping young leaders navigate their biggest challenges. I’m stepping away from large-scale corporate cultural change projects. That chapter is closed. But I’m still here for those who seek guidance—young professionals and experienced leaders who want to sharpen their thinking, make better decisions, and manage their careers with confidence.
