The Silicon Valley Compensation Association (SVCA) is an organization of compensation professionals who have common interests related to direct and indirect compensation management, as well as to the entire scope of human resources management. On the Board, I serve as Webmaster, supporting our enrollment, emails, announcements, and website. Since March 2020 (COVID), the majority of our programs and meetings have been online-only, and the SVCA now provides webinar and recordings of our programs as a regular feature.
