- organization of planning process for production across 2 facilities - coordination of start-up activities for assembly and press shop - SAP R/3 ERP implementation (production planning, mrp modules) - Capacity planning / availability analysis in short- and mid-term range (equipment/manpower/packaging) - Performing production plan and schedule creation and update (considering resources availability (equipment / tooling / manpower availability) - Production plan optimizing to perform full capacity utilization - Control over raw materials / components on hand level & performing relevant actions to prevent production shutdown.
