  Bank Degroof Petercam sa has created a real estate certificates (REIT) for a building of 27.945 m2 offices and 630 parkings located in the Port of Antwerp. The building's name is ATLANTIC HOUSE and is the biggest in the area. Bank Degroof Petercam still manage the company and the assembly of certificates holders. I have been designated to represent the owner and to implement the strategy of the board in order to appreciate the building value. This implicates a number of refurbishment works to the building, a commercial plan to reduce its vacancy and an active management of the different actors of the property management.
