I have gained experience in leading and turning around several functions, ranging from B2B Sales, Global Tech operations, FMCG Logistics and Supply Chain, and Global Business Services. As the Global Head of Business Services at Kraft Heinz, my past experiences have played a pivotal role in my pursuit of Operational Excellence. My priorities are aligning GBS strategies with overarching business objectives and elevating the company's services globally. Collaboration and customer centricity are central to my approach, ensuring that our GBS initiatives surpass expectations across the organization and the industry. Leading the Hybrid GBS organisation with over 2000 talented team members across our main GCCs in India and Mexico as well as onshore teams close to the business. We drive operations across Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Logistics, Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Technology.
Leading the creation of a new Venture to bring AIML Capabilities built in the AB-InBev GCC to the market. This included ML based Early Warning Systems to avoid issues in Procurement & Collections operations; Cash Flow Forecasting with benchmark accuracy levels; Decision Tree analytics in commercial operations; Predictive models in Finance Operations to make the operation pro-active.

I moved to India to establish the AB-InBev Global Capability Center, an operation with more than 1000 professionals. We run the Finance, Commercial and People operations for multiple AB-InBev Zones. We transformed the office into an Intelligent Operation powered by AI/ML. We hired the top Tech / Domain / AIML talent in India to drive this transformation and delivered multi-million dollars of savings. GCC was recognised by Nasscom, Zinnov and Shared Services Forum as a leading GCC in 2021.
In this role I was leading our European Business Services organisation of 1000+ staff across 3 different locations. Leading a cross-functional team improving operational performance in Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Logistics and People processes. Through the newly create FTA program, we attracted top talent across Europe to joi our team. On top, we lead a big restructuring program, off-shoring 300+ roles to India.
Accountable for all planning processes of AB-InBev Europe Zone. This includes Long term Footprint strategy, Budget planning for 1-3 year budgets of Supply, Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Materials Planning & Returnable Packaging.
Responsible for the full IT infrastructure services for the Coca-Cola Company in EU. This included running a team of 50+ people across several European countries. Managing Helpdesk, Desktop and Server management services. Responsible for the Project Management Office, implementing IT projects across the EU.
Responsible for Belgian Call Center organisation. In this role I centralised several call center functions into 1 location with implementation of a new system.
I was resposnible to establish a Project Management methodology and lead the restructuring of the outsourcing department within the company.
