Over the last three decades, I have charted a unique career course embracing diverse roles across global landscapes. I have gained experience in leading and turning around several functions, ranging from B2B Sales, Global Tech operations, FMCG Logistics and Supply Chain, and Global Business Services. As the Global Head of Business Services at Kraft Heinz, my past experiences have played a pivotal role in my pursuit of Operational Excellence. My priorities are aligning GBS strategies with overarching business objectives and elevating the company's services globally. Collaboration and customer centricity are central to my approach, ensuring that our GBS initiatives surpass expectations across the organization and the industry. GBS being a pure people business, my focus is on inspiring each team member to Create Their Legacy. This fosters a culture where my teams are inspired to pursue continuous learning, growth, and excellence in every endeavor.       I moved to India to establish the AB-InBev Global Capability Center, an operation with more than 1000 professionals. We run the Finance, Commercial and People operations for multiple AB-InBev Zones. We transformed the office into an Intelligent Operation powered by AI/ML. We hired the top Tech / Domain / AIML talent in India to drive this transformation and delivered multi-million dollars of savings. GCC was recognised by Nasscom, Zinnov and Shared Services Forum as a leading GCC in 2021.
