I am always eager to learn something new to expands skills, knowledge and experiences. Performing these assignments I follow the goal we have in mind as a team and deliver them with an eye for detail.
With the implementation of an ERP system (AX/POS 2009), I am the Business Proces Owner for POS and store operations. For the project in The Netherlands I am also the BPO for order intake in the call center. Other domains I own are promotion matrix and customer discounts as well as general customer creation and management using the ERP system. Within this function comes responsibility to reach tight deadlines and together with the project team I perform the following aspects: - I am the link between the business and the system for RETAIL/POS: I have to judge which product enhancements need to be performed to meet the business requirements. In this respect the different project domains need to allign and decide together which direction needs to be taken. - After this judgement, I write functional design documents in order to change the current system which need to be approved by the business - I severous test the change and finetune it based on user friendlyness without loosing the bigger picture (ERP) out of sight. - I write a training manual with real-case scenario's in a fun sort of teaching way in order to let the end users embrace it, i.e. end user training and motivation. - Finally we organize a store roll out schedule and support end user on the day they are upgraded, i.e. on the field experience keeps continuous insights on where the system can be improved. - After implementation support by store visits This project is now successfully applied in Belgium, Germany, France, Spain and The Netherlands.
For a sawing wire project, the different amounts of data needed to be gathered and structured. Despite other programs are possible, this was handled in excel. Combined with a start in the Master of Statistics education, this was the proper intermediate.
