Planning, implementation, and management of a number of projects related to Canada’s Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (SPOR) including performance measurement and monitoring of SPOR SUPPORT Units, SPOR Canadian Data Platform, SPOR Evidence Alliance and leading various Capacity Development and Citizen and Patient Engagement activities under SPOR.
Conduct research for program evaluation of NRC Construction portfolio to inform operational and strategic plans as per Treasury Board Guidelines including: analysis of NRC performance and client databases; large scale document analysis and compilation of research results; conducting interviews of NRC partners and stakeholders; preparing final evaluation report for NRC Senior Executive Committee; formal minute taking and note taking of both meetings and interviews for further analysis.
Conducted literature review of research topic: collateral consequence of youth sexual offending; collaborated with psychology department on a research study; incorporated both qualitative and quantitative research methods into research design; transcribed qualitative interviews for further coding and analysis; presented research findings at Critical Criminology conference in May 2012.
Conducted research on class related material for professors of Criminological Theories and Crime and Media; attended lectures and interacted with students within the classroom setting; addressed questions on course related material with students outside of classroom; corrected term papers and exams; proctored examinations.
Conducted need assessment of the OPS Student Resource Officer Program, including development of program theory model and proposal of research method; developed research questions to guide evaluation focus; sought ethics approval for proposed research methodology; developed and administered survey questions to achieve research objectives; analyzed and presented research findings in final report; collaborated with group members throughout process
Classify and organize various narcotics into appropriate categories; interpret and code data for entry into Epidata database; collaborate in groups to solve problems
