- Oversaw five residential projects simultaneously from taking briefs, creating schedules of costs, sourcing, producing spatial planning proposals, technical drawing packages and 3D visuals, including detailed joinery drawings and electrical plans, to carrying out snagging inspection. - Carried out client meetings and supervised contractors/subcontractors on site.
- Created 3D models with SketchUp for a wine cellar and side tables, sourced fabrics under time pressure, proposed a design scheme for a residential project in Middle East.
- Analysed and sorted out soft samples, sketched bespoke furniture to be produced, sourced furniture and fabrics, reviewed plans and elevations.
- Assisted in choosing fabrics, created fabric cards and various schedules and obtained quotes and samples for two high end residential projects - Produced six A1 size presentation boards
