Received internship offers from London offices of 2 firms among MBB and accepted BCG's offer to work as Summer Consultant for two months. During the internship, I took part in i) designing post-merger integration strategy of a global insurance company and ii) conducting commercial due diligence of a joint venture opportunity between two global asset managers.
Joined a fintech start-up as an early employee, at the right time and the right place (Series - B), and grew with the start-up, becoming an influential leader as we built a USD XXM business. Things that I am most proud of helping building are: • Formed sales forces strategy, hired direct sales force employees and leveraged crowdsourcing sales force solutions; increased the number of cards sold per distribution point 3 times in 3 months • Designed pricing strategy of products and channels by analyzing elasticity and competition; increased revenue per active user by 200% while maintaining +150% user and sales growth per annum • Increased number of sales points from 2K to 10K through forming partnerships with retailers and banks • Restructured ininal’s operations and increased pre-paid card supply from 10K per month to 200K per month while lowering inventory and unit production cost • Steered executive committee meetings and focused company’s resources; achieved 8 times increase in number of active customers, 10 times increase in card sales and 15 times increase in processed volume
Joined Oliver Wyman Istanbul office straight out of undergraduate studies and mainly worked in financial services projects.
