• Conducting FCPA (Ford Customer Product Audit) audits during new model launch and addressing the problems, following their situation till mass production with design, SQ and manufacturing teams. • To check all new technologies of the vehicle during launch such as ADAS features, lite tests, • To address and have the problems solved cropped up during manufacturing as a senior plant quality engineer, • Following daily one-drive audit problems done on customer car after gate release, • Conducting 20mins water test and if any abnormality exists, to take action with related team, • Evaluating quality metrics of customer acceptance line, requesting ICA and PCA from related teams, (Assembly, Paint, Welding etc.) • Conducting new lite technology tests of new models, deciding checked features before events and obtaining test tools, creating test methods • Deciding one-drive test road in scope of NVH and evaluation through the customer’s point of view, • Conducting benchmark with other rival’s vehicle in the same segment, reporting and evaluating.
